Parade line-up begins at ULM at 4pm.

PARADE RULES

1. Throws: Individually wrapped candy, beads, cups, and balloons are encouraged.

Try to stay away from suckers and hard candy as it poses safety issues when thrown.

2. Absolutely no horses, cattle, or livestock allowed.
